Episode Overview

Ben finds himself in a tough spot when his ethical beliefs clash with the dynamics at work. His problems intensify after Melissa confides that she isn’t ready to start a family due, in part, to financial concerns. Eager to prove he’d be a good father, Ben approaches his boss Derek for a raise, only to be denied.
