After Homer gets pecked in the eyes by a group of crows, he receives a prescription for medicinal marijuana. Concerned about how the drug might change him, his family and friends keep a close eye on him. Despite their worries, Homer finds himself in a surprising new role as Mr. Burns's vice president, all thanks to his uncontrollable laughter at Burns's outdated jokes.
