Episode Overview

At a church fundraiser, Homer is determined to win the rubber duck race, but Flanders unexpectedly takes home the grand prize, which he doesn't want and gifts to Marge. In exchange, Marge agrees to look after Rod and Todd while Ned attends a left-handed convention. As Marge tries to teach the boys how to embrace their boyhood, Homer takes Bart and Lisa to visit a home for retired celebrity animals, where a monkey snatches Bart away. Marge's parenting skills come under scrutiny when Ned finds out how she's spending time with his sons, and the local news reports on Bart’s unusual situation.
