When the police arrive to manage a boisterous gathering at Mr. Burns' mansion, one officer spots valuable stolen artwork decorating the walls. Consequently, the devious billionaire is taken in for interrogation. With Mr. Burns out of the picture, Smithers steps up to run the power plant. However, his kind-hearted approach is exploited by the staff, leading him to retaliate by making them work around the clock. In response to these harsh conditions, Homer and his team hatch a scheme to break Mr. Burns out of custody.
