Episode Overview
Alex is on edge as he waits for an important college recommendation from his English teacher, Mr. Tedesco. To help him out, he convinces Steven and Elyse to charm Tedesco during parents' night. However, the rude teacher insults them, leading Elyse to unexpectedly punch him, leaving Alex in shock and urging Steven to make things right. Elyse feels embarrassed by her reaction, even though she believes Tedesco had it coming. When Steven confronts Tedesco, he too gets provoked and ends up hitting him. Despite Tedesco recognizing Alex's talent, his visit to the Keaton home only causes more tension. Alex must grapple with whether a stellar recommendation from such a loathsome person is truly worth pursuing.
