Episode Overview
As Steven takes on the challenge of re-wallpapering the kitchen alone, Alex is in Chicago with his boss, Rebecca Ryan, for a crucial banking conference. Due to limited hotel accommodations, they find themselves crammed into a small room, leading to a rather uncomfortable night where Alex ends up sleeping in the closet. As the conference approaches, Rebecca grows increasingly anxious about meeting the president of Federated Bank, Charles Okun, Jr., hoping to negotiate a merger with Leland Trust. However, after a few too many glasses of champagne at the banquet, she becomes quite inebriated. To Alex's shock, she not only offends Okun and his wife, ruining their merger chances, but also makes an awkward advance toward him.
