Episode Overview

In the growing free-range farming community of Cooks Brook, Nova Scotia, a series of animal thefts takes a dark turn when stolen pigs are found butchered on the very farm from which they were taken. At the same time, a nearby farmer faces a shocking incident of her own—a quarter of her chicken flock is stolen in the dead of night, just steps away from her sleeping child. With the amount of missing meat far exceeding what one person could eat, the victims turn to social media for help. As they seek answers, they find unexpected support from the community and surprising developments in their quest for justice.
