Episode Overview

Gary is faced with a crisis when he learns that a former coworker is on the brink of suicide. Meanwhile, Marcia surprises him with the news of her engagement, but keeps her fiancé's identity a secret. Gary soon discovers that it's Phil Pritchard, his old, difficult boss, and he's not pleased. A series of mishaps leads everyone to believe Gary is sabotaging Pritchard's wedding. When a newspaper headline claims that Pritchard's life is in danger, Gary initially hesitates to help, but with Chuck's encouragement, he decides to intervene and also prevent Sam, the long-time mailboy, from harming Pritchard.
