Episode Overview

As Gary delves deeper into his investigation, he encounters one of Scanlon's informants, revealing that the reporter was on the verge of exposing a murder-for-hire operation at the time of his death. Teaming up with Sun Times photographer Miguel Diaz, Gary uncovers Scanlon's notes, which detail six murders disguised as accidents. Meanwhile, Detective Brigatti discovers evidence that not only clears Gary but also points to a colleague within the department as the culprit. When Brigatti is taken hostage and faces imminent danger, Gary races against time to rescue her and confront the true murderer who is trying to frame him once more.
