Episode Overview

After Mulder's burial, Billy Miles is discovered dead but mysteriously returns to life. Skinner and Scully cling to the hope that they can unearth Mulder and find him alive as well. Meanwhile, Mulder remains in the hospital, showing no signs of recovery. Krycek approaches Skinner, presenting him with a vaccine for the virus plaguing Mulder, but there's a grim catch: to obtain it, Skinner must sacrifice Scully's unborn child.
