Episode Overview
The seven remaining teams leave their Pit Stop at Argentina's "End of the World" and head to the nearby Marshall Mountain range. After a half-mile hike, they use an avalanche beacon to locate another clue. This clue sends them on a 7,000-mile journey to Naputo, Mozambique. Although the teams are given tickets for a 3 P.M. arrival, they manage to secure earlier flights that land at 9 A.M. Once in Mozambique, they drive 45 miles to the Apopo Training Field, where one member from each team participates in a Roadblock with trained rats. After finishing this challenge, they choose between a Detour involving either nail care or heavy lifting. As they race to the Pit Stop, two teams sprint neck-and-neck, resulting in a near tie. One team arrives last but is thrilled to find out they are safe from elimination.
