Episode Overview
The last three teams, Nick & Starr Spangler, Andrew Lappitt & Dan Honig, and Ken & Tina Greene, depart from their Pit Stop at VDNKh Park with a clue that sends them flying to Portland, Oregon. All teams catch the same flight with a layover in Frankfurt. Upon arrival in Portland, they head to a nearby adventure park, where one team struggles with a taxi issue that effectively eliminates them from the competition. At the park, teams tackle a Detour that challenges them to face their fear of heights by walking across a high log. They then take a taxi to The Bridge of the Gods, where they confront their fears once more with a thrilling 2,000-foot zip-line ride to an island. Once there, they encounter a complex task involving a game board that tests their memories of the race, using ten game pieces that symbolize different race legs. They sift through 150 clue boxes to find the correct pictures, earning green lights for each correct placement.
