The Amazing Race (2001)

Episode Overview

The remaining teams depart from their Pit Stop located in a public park in Moscow, Russia, and receive a clue that leads them to an old Russian nuclear submarine, where they must find an actor from The Hunt for Red October. After successfully completing this task, teams are directed to Park Iskusstv, also known as the Graveyard of Fallen Monuments. Here, one member from each team participates in a Roadblock that challenges their observational skills. While all teams finish the task, one contestant makes a crucial mistake by losing their team's bag containing money and passports. This misstep puts them at a disadvantage as they struggle to stay in the race, resorting to begging for money while the other teams tackle a Detour involving public transport in Russia. Ultimately, they can't recover from this setback and are eliminated before they can finish the Detour or reach the Pit Stop.
