Episode Overview
The teams kick off their adventure in Borneo, where they receive a clue directing them to a temple. There, they must hunt for a Buddha figurine that holds the names of their team members. All teams successfully complete this task and then get a clue to make their way to the airport for a flight to Seoul, South Korea, located about 4,000 miles away. Although there’s a rule mandating that teams depart for the airport in vans spaced an hour apart, they all converge at the airport. They board a plane to Singapore, which connects them to Seoul. In Singapore, teams David and Jeff and Jon and Al notice a flight to Hong Kong that will land in Seoul an hour earlier, so they decide to take it and form a temporary alliance, arriving in Seoul first. Once there, the teams discover a clue leading them to a frigid location near the South Korean border, leading to some chaos as David and Jeff get lost, having a tense experience when their taxi driver goes
