Episode Overview
The teams fly from the La Portena pit stop to San Carlos de Bariloche. Once there, they meet with the mayor and tackle a Roadblock, where they must locate one of twenty chocolates filled with white cream among a staggering 11,000. Marshall and Lance find this task particularly challenging, while Jim and Marsha fall behind after catching a later flight. After finishing the Roadblock, the teams ascend a picturesque mountain for the Detour. Presented with two options—Smooth Sailing (paragliding) and Rough Riding (mountain biking six miles)—everyone opts for the quicker paragliding. They then race to the pit stop located on an unnamed island in Bahia Lopez. Despite their best efforts, Jim and Marsha arrive too late and are eliminated from the competition.
