ThunderCats (1985)

Episode Overview

Vultureman creates a sonic weapon aimed at annihilating the Thundercats. When the other Mutants refuse to assist him, he decides to proceed solo, but is soon "kidnapped" by the Lunataks, who compel him to join their cause. Utilizing a mythical sound stone to power his device, Vultureman and the Lunataks launch an attack on the Thundercats at the Tower of Omens. Though Lion-O manages to rescue them just in time, they ultimately lose the tower to the Lunataks. Now, the Thundercats must craft their own sound weapon using a sound stone to reclaim the Tower of Omens.
