Episode Overview
Khadijah's close friend Sheri lands a columnist position at Flavor and quickly bonds with Synclaire, sharing daily lunches and playful banter at work. Khadijah, feeling envious and irritated by their fun, complains that their antics are causing distractions in the office. After a blow-up during a game of Clue at home, Synclaire confronts her, prompting Khadijah to apologize and reveal her feelings of exclusion. Meanwhile, Sheri decides to leave Flavor for a more lucrative freelancing opportunity. Overton struggles with insomnia after getting a new box spring, leading to erratic behavior. When he checks on Khadijah and Synclaire, he inadvertently falls asleep on her bed. Tag: The group tries to wake the sleeping Overton in Khadijah's room.
