Episode Overview
After witnessing the disappointing talent at the café's open mic night, the group convinces Kyle to take the stage the following week. In return for Kyle's commitment, Overton agrees to showcase his stand-up routine. Kyle begins his performance of "When I Fall in Love" confidently, but he falters and starts stuttering when Max arrives in a revealing gown and sits right in front of him. Overwhelmed, Kyle bolts from the café, securing Overton's win. Max playfully mocks him about his mishap, while Overton suggests that Kyle's lingering feelings for Max caused his breakdown. Determined to redeem himself, Kyle returns to sing "My Funny Valentine," directing much of it toward an enraptured Max. As the girls tease Max, Kyle expresses gratitude to Overton, feeling liberated from Max's hold. Just then, Max glances back and gives Kyle a flirtatious smile, prompting a shared look between them. Overton sighs, "Oh Lord!
