S03E17 Wake Up to the Break-Up
Episode Overview
A cable repairwoman takes an interest in Kyle, inviting him to a museum, and Max encourages him to go, insisting they're not exclusive. Although she proves to be rather shallow, Kyle expresses his frustration with the lack of respect and affection in his relationships and decides to end things with Max. Meanwhile, Regine treats her friends to a Brian McKnight concert after scoring free tickets from a colleague. Kyle and Max end up getting kicked out after a heated argument. In the security office, they reflect on their relationship, with Max admitting her priorities are food, shelter, her career, and good sex. Kyle offers her a ride home, but she refuses. Meanwhile, Russell finds out he’s facing deportation back to Jamaica and seeks help from the Flavor staff to prove his importance at work. Their attempts fail to convince the INS officer, but Synclaire steps in to save the day.
