Episode Overview

Handcuffed, Skip Osaka leaps from the back of the speeding 'Cuda, prompting Nash and Joe to pursue him. He quickly scales a fire escape and runs along a power line, but the line snaps, causing him to crash through a window. After capturing him, Nash and Joe toss him into the trunk of the 'Cuda and head to the SIU. To their shock, they find the SIU barge being towed away, and Reuben Banks, the MCD chief, informs them that the unit has been temporarily shut down. With the SIU disbanded, Nash and Joe are reassigned to Park Detail, while Harvey moves to Homicide, Evan takes Traffic, and Caitlin joins Vice. At Civic Center Park, they encounter Colonel Culpepper, a transient and drug user, and Phil, a fake Vietnam vet.
