Episode Overview

Hagen takes on the role of a driver for Allison Spencer, a manager of a chain of massage parlors, as part of an undercover operation. She suspects Spencer is involved in a prostitution scheme linked to her uncle, Charlie Mayne, a former enemy of Meadows, who is eager to extradite Mayne from Portugal. Facing criticism from her colleagues about her performance during Santini's trial, Hagen struggles to gain Spencer's trust. However, she earns it when she saves Spencer from an ambush. Later, Peter Van Reissen, Spencer’s superior and Mayne’s contact, enlists them to steal diamonds from a posh residence. When Van Reissen learns that one of their accomplices is an undercover officer, Hagen must act quickly to protect him. As Meadows informs Hagen about Van Reissen’s plan to betray Mayne, a team is assembled to apprehend all parties involved just as Mayne arrives in the country.
