Episode Overview

Brownlow is eager to launch a Neighborhood Watch program with the help of Smith and Carver. However, a contentious meeting is disrupted by outsiders, and soon after, he realizes his petrol has been stolen. Meanwhile, the Ahmed family faces harassment when their home is vandalized with racist slurs. Following this, a protest breaks out, escalating to the horrifying event of their house being firebombed. In another development, CID conducts a raid on a contemporary version of Fagin, who has been exploiting a youth group as a front for his activities.
