An Asian teenager calls Burnside to report a major brawl. After investigating, Carver and Tosh find their car flipped over. The young man ultimately ends up in a canal. Later, an ex-girlfriend of Carver arrives searching for him, bringing along a baby that she unexpectedly leaves behind.
