Clarence passes away quietly while conversing with Harrison, leaving a profound effect on Harrison’s perspective on life. Feeling that continuing his cancer treatment is pointless, he resorts to drastic measures and attempts to end his suffering through suicide. However, Clarence returns as an angel, showing Harrison a vision of the world had he never existed. In this alternate reality, April becomes a wealthy fish market owner in Tunaville, Brooke tragically succumbs to anorexia, Lily marries Josh after an unexpected pregnancy, and Nicole and Mary Cherry struggle to survive as sex workers under the control of a pimp named Sugar Daddy.
