Josh and Lily are both selected for a school play that requires them to perform nude in front of each other and an audience, leaving them feeling uneasy. Meanwhile, Brooke is back in the hospital for her ongoing anorexia treatment. Harrison experiences a scare when he enters a hospital room and encounters a ghost who appears to know intimate details about his life. At the same time, Carmen unexpectedly meets Nicole at a support group for teens with alcoholic parents, but Nicole completely disregards her presence.
