Episode Overview

Harrison confesses to struggling with severe headaches, which are ultimately diagnosed as leukemia. As a result, he has to step back from the campaign, allowing Brooke to claim victory. Realizing her own motivations, Sam decides to bow out of the running for Homecoming Queen. Meanwhile, Nicole, Mary Cherry, and Hellacious join forces to defeat Carmen, resorting to underhanded tactics like exposing Carmen’s mother’s struggles with alcoholism to tarnish her image. In a surprising turn, Carmen moves back in with her mother to offer support and ultimately wins the election. Hellacious attempts to cheat, but Principal Krupps catches her red-handed. Ms. Glass makes a triumphant return, removing all her photos from the girls' Homecoming Queen hall of fame. Lily turns herself in to protect Josh, and the two become a couple, deciding to face the consequences together.
