Episode Overview
Lovita feels disappointed when Cedric wins tickets to a Chicago Bulls playoff game and chooses to take Steve instead. Meanwhile, Regina is frustrated when a delivery of cafeteria food fails to arrive. Having won a radio contest, Cedric scores two tickets for the Bulls' final playoff game, leading to tension as both Steve and Lovita assume they should get the second ticket. After Rosalind changes the French roast coffee to chamomile tea without asking, Regina becomes irritated. Romeo walks in with a sloppy joe for Rosalind, but she declines, insisting she’s a vegetarian. Cedric invites Steve to come with him, leaving Lovita feeling neglected. To mend things, Regina suggests Cedric buy Lovita a pricey gift. As the Bulls seem poised to win the series in game six, Cedric takes Regina’s advice and, convinced that there won’t be a game seven, decides to sell the tickets for cash.
