Episode Overview
Word is spreading that Warrington plans to make a major announcement, leading everyone to believe he might propose to Regina. Meanwhile, Romeo and Bullethead decide to drop anonymous love letters into Ms. Pittman's mailbox, hoping to charm her and improve their grades. During his parents' 40th anniversary celebration, Warrington reveals he has a life-changing surprise for both himself and Regina. Lovita is convinced a proposal is on the horizon, but Regina tries to reassure herself and Steve that it’s not true, though Steve is clearly uneasy about the idea of Regina getting married. When Ms. Pittman connects the scent of Cedric's cologne to the letters, she mistakenly assumes he's trying to woo her. Meanwhile, Steve joins Cedric at an upscale jewelry store.
