Episode Overview

Ash and his friends decide to spend a day surfing. While riding the waves, Ash unexpectedly loses consciousness but is quickly saved by a surfer named Victor and his Pikachu, Puka, who has striking blue eyes. After ensuring Ash is okay, Victor shares his ambitious goal of surfing a massive tsunami known as Humungadunga, aspiring to become a legendary surfer in the process.
