Episode Overview
Ash and his friends reach Wisteria Town, where May gets ready for her upcoming contest. However, Harley makes an appearance, and this time, he’s not in a friendly mood. He boldly claims he will snag the win and claim his Fourth Ribbon at May’s expense. Meanwhile, Team Rocket attempts to persuade Harley to join forces, promising to help him defeat May in exchange for his assistance in capturing Ash's Pikachu. Will Harley take Team Rocket up on their proposal, or will he choose to compete against May on his own terms?
