Episode Overview

After losing a ribbon to Harley, May arrives at Chrysanthemum Island, determined to secure her third ribbon. Meanwhile, Ash is focused on helping Sceptile regain its Grass-type moves after a heartbreak. When Drew arrives, May discovers he wasn’t the one who sent her the mysterious letter. While training on the beach, she meets a girl named Brianna, who confesses that she’s the one who sent the letter and the rose. Upon learning that May knows Drew, Brianna blushes, revealing her crush on him and her intention to compete against May in the contest to win Drew's admiration. Meanwhile, Jessie is also in the contest, accompanied by James' Mime Jr.
