After seeing her classmates' achievements highlighted in an Alumni magazine, Zoe feels disheartened to be labeled as "retired." Determined to change this perception, she invites the reporter to BlueBell for an interview. Persuading the journalist of her active medical career proves challenging until she unexpectedly encounters a rare and serious illness. Meanwhile, George, trying to be sensitive to Lemon's emotions, tells her about his upcoming date, prompting her to seek out a date of her own. At the same time, Lemon and Lavon find themselves in a rivalry with their long-time adversary, Ruby.
