Episode Overview

Katz is upset to discover that the alderman he supported is involved in corruption. He starts sharing his own ideas about what he would do if he were in that position, saying, "I’d like to push crime back onto the streets instead of keeping it at home," and wants to eliminate the "criminal element." Ben quips, "Criminal element? What are you, Batman?" Ignoring his father's protests about not running for office, Ben jumps in as Katz's campaign manager with his own platform: universal handicap parking. He creates campaign signs and pesters Laura to join in, playfully emphasizing the word "campaign" with air quotes.
