With a deep love for fresh ingredients, he cultivates his own vegetables and maintains a vineyard at his stunning home. To honor Sardinia's national dish, he decides to host an Italian Festa for a few close friends. Gino sets to work preparing Porcheddu, the delectable roasted suckling pig that promises to be the highlight of the celebration.
