Episode Overview
A brand-new bandstand is under construction in Great Waterton. Sir Topham instructs Percy to pick up Lady Hatt, making it clear that he should keep the destination a secret. However, Lady Hatt, curious and excited, requests Percy to take her to some of her beloved spots around town. As they journey through her favorite locations, Percy tries to keep the surprise under wraps while enjoying the special moments they share along the way.
