Episode Overview

Neri wakes up on the island to discover that Kal has gone to ORCA. Meanwhile, Jason and Brett introduce him to Diane and Winston. Neri soon arrives and informs Diane about UBRI's intention to use explosives on the ocean floor for their construction project. Diane is outraged and takes the matter to the tribunal, but they ultimately side with UBRI, allowing the blasting to go ahead. In the meantime, Jason and Brett search through HELEN for information on UFO sightings and meteorite strikes that could lead them to the Synchronium fragments. Neri feels a disturbance in the ocean, though she can't pinpoint it. After finding a lead, Jason, Brett, and Neri head inland to collect the first Synchronium piece. Lena manages to access her father's secured computer files, while Kal triumphs over Benny, the youth champion, in a game of trigammono.
