Episode Overview

Harm's ex-partner, Kate Pike, is contemplating a return to the JAG office. However, the situation grows more complex when a former commanding officer of hers is in the running for the new Inspector General position. Kate confides in Harm about unwanted sexual advances he made while she was under his command. Just as they’re deep in conversation, Lt. Singer arrives at the door, and soon after, news of the affair breaks in the Washington media. Harm suspects Lt. Singer may have leaked the information, but she insists she didn’t overhear anything. Ultimately, Kate decides that Washington isn’t the right fit for her and declines the Admiral's offer.
