Episode Overview
Harm takes on the defense of Lt. Barrett, who openly admits to defying orders by destroying a P-3 spy plane that the Chinese had captured, believing it was the right decision. During the lieutenant's court-martial, Harm faces off against Sturgis in a bid to prevent Barrett from being sent to Leavenworth, where he could face up to 25 years in prison. Meanwhile, Mac looks into a sexual harassment claim made by a female officer against a Marine colonel, who allegedly embarrassed her when her training tape aired on "Military Bloopers." As part of her inquiry, Mac accepts the colonel's invitation to undergo her routine physical training evaluation, ultimately recommending that he receive a letter of reprimand, which could threaten his chance for promotion.
