Episode Overview
Harm, Mac, and the Admiral return to the office after wrapping up the military tribunal aboard the USS Seahawk. The office staff warmly welcomes the Admiral back, relieved to be free from the oversight of Lt. Singer, with Harriet making it clear just how "pleased" they are to see him. However, their celebration is cut short when they discover that the esteemed Navy JAG Judge, Captain Sebring, faces charges for a tragic incident that left a woman injured and her six-month-old daughter dead. Harm is assigned to defend him, while Mac finds herself in the uncomfortable role of prosecutor. To support her, Cmdr. Turner steps in as her second chair. Meanwhile, Lt. Singer overhears a conversation between Harm and Mac about Bud and Harriet, realizing that Bud is unaware Harriet has purchased a home, while Bud has yet to reveal his connection to PO Coates.
