Harm takes on the case of a Marine gunnery sergeant accused of murdering his wife, who insists it was an act of self-defense. However, he is unwilling to allow his son to testify in his favor. Meanwhile, the JAG team gathers to say goodbye to Lt. Singer, who is set to leave for the USS Seahawk.
