The Keeper finds herself ensnared in a sinister experiment focused on insomnia, where researchers are secretly training subjects to become killers. As she struggles to maintain her grip on reality, the Keeper faces the threat of losing her mind if she fails her "mission." Meanwhile, Fawkes and Hobbes work tirelessly to apprehend the scientists behind the project and devise a clever plan to free the Keeper from her programming by staging the death of her intended target before it drives her to madness.
