Episode Overview
A young boy, just 10 years old, is discovered lifeless on his bedroom floor. Dr. Norma Jean Farley, a fellow of Dr. G, steps forward to take on the case. The child had been prescribed Ritalin for his ADHD and also suffered from asthma, but Dr. Farley needs to investigate the possibility of abuse as well. When the cause of death remains unclear, she turns to Dr. G for assistance, and both are taken aback by the heartbreaking truth that emerges. Meanwhile, a 10-year-old girl is struck by lightning, leaving her brain dead with no chance of recovery. Her family decides to donate her organs, and Dr. G faces a dilemma about whether she can conduct a thorough investigation without the girl's vital organs.
