Episode Overview

A 39-year-old woman is discovered lifeless on her apartment floor by her grandmother, who insists that her granddaughter had no history of substance abuse. However, the medical records tell a different story. During the autopsy, a pathology resident assists Dr. G, and they uncover an unexpected finding. In another case, a 39-year-old woman and her 48-year-old boyfriend are found dead in bed, both shot in the head and nude, with the boyfriend clutching a gun. The woman's infidelity raises suspicions about her husband, who may have orchestrated a double homicide. Dr. G must figure out who actually pulled the trigger.
