Gordon heads to the coast to assist the Sandgate, a hotel and restaurant run by the happily married couple, Lois and Peter. Initially excited about their first foray into the catering world, their passion quickly turned sour as they now face a staggering loss of £4,000 each month. In the kitchen, head chef Stuart is nearing a breakdown, juggling the demands of four different restaurants, including an upscale dining area and a Japanese kitchen in the basement. When he loses his prized AA award, things take a turn for the worse. Overstaffed and chaotic, can Gordon rescue this real-life version of Fawlty Towers from disaster?
