Episode Overview

Dick finds himself at odds with the Dubceks, as Mrs. Dubcek refuses to repair his sink until he pays the rent, while he holds off on payment until the sink is fixed. In the heat of the conflict, Mrs. Dubcek cuts off the power to the Solomons’ apartment. Meanwhile, Vicki extends an invitation to Harry to move in with them. Sally, feeling frustrated with her living situation, confides in Officer Don, who surprises her with a marriage proposal, leaving her uncertain about her feelings. At the same time, Tommy intentionally gets detention hoping to spend time with his crush, Alissa, and finally ask her out.
