On his very first day as School Board President, Oliver ignites a protest at the grammar school. The students are outraged over the dismissal of their beloved mascot, Arnold, who was expelled for using a pea shooter on a teacher. Fred approaches Oliver, seeking his help to advocate for his "son," claiming discrimination, but Oliver finds himself conversing with the steadfast principal instead, unable to take further action.
