The residents of Hooterville host a festive event in honor of the son of a war hero, whom Lisa insists was responsible for delivering classified messages during World War II. Oliver attempts to explain that Drobny is merely a "dumb duck" sent by Lisa's father, but the townspeople dismiss his comments, viewing him as nothing more than a sourpuss.
