Episode Overview
The eighteen new contestants of the popular reality show gather at the Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey, where they are introduced to their determined rivals and assigned to their respective teams. Divided by gender, Team Excel consists entirely of men while Team Capital Edge is made up of women. The intense job challenge kicks off as they develop a new fitness class for Bally's Total Fitness Centers. Tensions rise as Melissa has a confrontation with her teammates, a marketing idea frustrates Carolyn, and Markus, serving as Project Manager, feels disrespected. Ultimately, Team Excel narrowly claims victory, earning a dinner with Donald Trump, but Markus is denied the usual exemption since his team fails to support him. Meanwhile, Team Capital Edge faces the boardroom, where PM Kristi chooses to bring back only Melissa, who is ultimately dismissed for her negative attitude.
