Markus finds it challenging to integrate with his new team, while Marshawn encounters backlash from colleagues at Excel Corporation when she takes the initiative to lead an advertising project for Lamborghini. The team's admiration for their own ads blinds them to some glaring issues, but with support from Kristi, Alla, and Jennifer, the women of Capital Edge manage to achieve an unexpected victory, earning the chance to skate alongside a hockey team. During the event, Rebecca suffers a serious ankle injury. In the boardroom, Excel's Project Manager Chris decides to follow Kristi's strategy by bringing Markus alone to the final meeting. Trump, Carolyn, and George view this as a critical misstep, resulting in Chris’s dismissal.
