Jim Fenner, determined to get Shell Dockley out for good, resorted to extreme measures, even aiding her escape. Helen confided in Nikki about Jim's assault, adding another foe to his list on G Wing. Buki's tough exterior crumbled when she was discovered bleeding in her cell after a harrowing self-harm incident, all captured by the cameras, revealing painful truths from her past. Meanwhile, Shell, Denny, and Shaz managed to escape with the keys and cash Jim provided, but Shaz injured her ankle, forcing her to stay behind. As Sylvia noticed a drop in headcount, she desperately searched for the missing inmates but found no clues.
